Terms & Conditions — FocusByDev

By booking a session with FocusByDev, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Availability

Sessions may be booked based on availability within the designated booking window. All bookings are considered requests until confirmed by FocusByDev.

Clients may book sessions within a 14-day advance window, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their session at any time up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled session without incurring a fee.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total session cost.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in a 40% fee of the total session cost.

 

Rescheduling Policy

All rescheduling requests must be made directly through FocusByDev.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

 

Weather Policy

For outdoor sessions, weather conditions are an important factor in ensuring quality and safety.

In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, including heavy rain, storms, or unsafe environments, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost. FocusByDev will make the final determination regarding whether conditions are suitable for shooting.

Clients will be notified as early as possible if rescheduling is required.

If conditions are mild or manageable, the session may proceed as scheduled at the discretion of FocusByDev, or an alternative location may be discussed if available.

Weather-related rescheduling does not incur cancellation fees.

 

Image Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary depending on session length, number of images captured, and the complexity of editing required.

30-minute sessions: 48–72 hours
1–2 hour sessions: up to 5 business days
Custom or event sessions: delivery time varies based on project scope and will be communicated prior to or immediately following the session

All images are carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure consistent quality before delivery.

Rush delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional fee.

 

Creative Rights & Usage

By booking a session with FocusByDev, clients acknowledge and agree that FocusByDev retains the right to use, reproduce, and display images and video content from the session for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.

Clients may use delivered images for personal use and social media sharing, provided proper credit is given where applicable.

 

Payment Terms

Payment terms, deposits if applicable, and final balances must be completed as agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the session.

 

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time without refund or extension.

By completing a booking, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
